Here's a more complex birch scene I demonstrated for my Watercolor Birches class. This one involved more steps, from the sky and mountain range washes to the study of shadows in the snow to make contours and drifts. Some of the textures and background brush trees were created with watercolors on the edge of a credit card. This piece is available - $195 unframed.
