This scene in Ft. Snelling Park in St. Paul is near the point where the Mississippi and St. Croix Rivers merge: bdote, as it was known to the Native Americans who preceded us there. This piece was accepted into the juried show of the Minnesota Watercolor Society in the spring of 2019, before it was sold.
